Awrey's Carrot Cake
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1.25 teaspoons salt
2.5 cups grated carrots
2 eggs
2 cups flower
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes in a greased pan.
cool and frost. (awesome with cream cheese frosting)
